Terms and Conditions for Franchisee

Confidentiality: The franchisee shall maintain the confidentiality of all business information, trade secrets, and customer data shared by the company.
Non-Compete: The franchisee shall not engage in any competing business activities during the term of the agreement and for a period of 60 months after termination.
Territorial Rights: The franchisee shall have the exclusive right to operate the business within the designated territory as per company decision.
Royalty Payments: The franchisee shall pay a royalty fee of 25% of monthly gross sales to the company.
Marketing and Advertising: The franchisee shall participate in company-approved marketing and advertising programs.
Customer Service: The franchisee shall provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Termination: The agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice.

Confidentiality: The delivery boy shall maintain the confidentiality of all customer information and business data shared by the company.
Non-Disclosure: The delivery boy shall not disclose any business information or trade secrets to third parties.
Delivery Responsibilities: The delivery boy shall ensure timely and secure delivery of scrap materials to customers.
Vehicle Maintenance: The delivery boy shall maintain their vehicle in good working condition and ensure all necessary licenses and permits are up-to-date.
Customer Service: The delivery boy shall provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Termination: The agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice.

GPS Tracking: All delivery vehicles shall be equipped with GPS tracking devices to ensure real-time monitoring of deliveries.
CCTV Cameras: CCTV cameras shall be installed at all company premises to ensure surveillance and security.
Access Control: Biometric access control systems shall be implemented to restrict unauthorized access to company premises.
Data Encryption: All customer data and business information shall be encrypted to ensure confidentiality and security.
Background Checks: Background checks shall be conducted on all employees, franchisees, and delivery boys to ensure their integrity and trustworthiness.
